Converted a print reference manual to online help using RoboHelp 7.
Working from an initial task analysis document, designed, developed and wrote training modules to instruct over 7000 store employees in a new store inventory management system. Each course included a Participant Handout, a Facilitator Guide, and a PowerPoint presentation. Supplementary materials included a complete Reference (print and online versions) and a Quick Reference Guide. Worked closely with SME's and software development to refine interface elements. Customized the course for several audiences and differing lengths of instruction. Conducted Train-the-Trainer sessions for 10 consulting facilitators.
As Project Lead, created and maintained training documents in MS Project, represented training at all team meetings, coordinated dissemination of new and updated materials to trainers in the field, kept all online documents updated, and researched and processed answers to inquiries from business process coaches in the stores after implementation. Created an online evaluation form and tracked and codified all facilitator evaluations.
